For once I felt heard. I went to see Melanie Gannaro APRN and she was so nice and understanding. She LISTENED to my problems and concerns and even requested my labs from my previous provider during our conversation so she could see what was going on with me and why I was feeling the way I was before I left. She proactively problem solved and tried to make sure everything was covered before I left. Best of all, she didnu2019t rush me out.nThis office is very clean and the front desk staff is so nice! All of them!

I wanna start my review with saying I absolutely love and respect the Doctors who work at this facility . Dr. Rodriguez and Dr. Atigre , best doctors in the state of Florida. The reason for my one star review is for the staff of the front desk . Iu2019ve attempted to call and set an appointment up multiple times but Iu2019m placed on a hold and then sent to leave a voicemail only to be told by the automated message that the voicemail inbox is full. This make it very frustrating, unless you come in person to make an appointment itu2019s almost impossible to get any attention .
