We arrived and only waited 5 minutes before seeing the nurse. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The physician took his time with us and was very thorough with a great bedside manner. I called prior to bringing my child in to make sure they had the proper supplies to address our medical issue. The physician personally spoke with me on the phone and this definitely helped me make the decision to bring my child to their facility. Very efficient and professional.

I don't usually give any venue a five star. The ease of seeing someone when I truly NEEDED to be seen is the reason for the rating. I had been trying to get an appointment with my Primary, who is always too busy to see me. I called AVECINA and they told me to come right in. I was seen quickly, got the tests I needed, and the meds I needed and was on my way. The staff were friendly and efficient. The Doctor I saw was very empathic and compassionate (something that is sadly lacking in the medical community). It's good to know I have access to quality care if I should need it again. My husband and I have used Avenica on Hodges Blvd. several times and consistently receive the best service. Their web site makes it so easy to schedule, complete forms and check-in. Every doctoru2019s office should be run like this. Submitting all the paperwork is easy. It works the way it should work! No more filling out the same information on 15 different paper forms. Front desk got me admitted right away, and the physicians assistant was very kind and efficient. She is also a radiology tech, so I got to work with one person the entire time before the doctor came in.nnThe doctor was very friendly took her time with me, explained what she saw and provided a prescription and by the time I got out to the parking lot my prescription was ready. This is how it should be done. Just a wonderful staff excellent care, and thorough and accurate.

Receptionist was nice & efficient. I only waited 15 mins. Really liked Michelle, the nurse & Alberto the Dr. (I think he was a Dr.). He was super nice & funny. Couldnu2019t believe they could test for UTI in 5 mins. I have waited 48 hrs. for confirmation at the regular doctoru2019s office. Wow!!!
