Was supposed to have a liver biliary echo ultrasound 8 am fasting. Arrived for my appointment first patient of the day ! I was treated so disrespectfully by ultrasound tech because my husband asked if he could come with me for ultrasound. She says absolutely not proceeds to tell me it's there policy , and then asked if my husband was an ultrasound sound tech I told her no he's just here for support I've had a complicated medical history , tells me I don't need anyone to hold my hand then I walk in room and went to the wrong side of the bed where she snapped at me and asked if I couldn't see the matt on the floor clearly it was her side so much attitude so early well I no longer felt comfortable asked for a new tech was told no she was it!!I told her ididnt appreciate her attitude, and left without my test now delaying my care this was all before I even sat down !!she has long black hair such a terrible experience !

Labs and radiology now close at 5 not 6, registration has to be done every single time. Even if there the week before for the same labs. Registration literally turned me away 5 minutes to 5 because she had 2 other people waiting. I was there before 5, and should have been helped. Several others were having the same issue. How is there such a disconnect ? I was treated poorly by the woman, she was rude and dismissive and that's not acceptable. I made arrangements to leave work early to be there on time, just to be told they close early now and they won't help me even though I was there before the new closing time.nnBack again today 10.12 and not only did I get there at 435 straight to registration, but I wasn't helped until after the woman shut off the lights at 455 and helped me at 457... then she tells me there are no orders in at all...seriously.... I am disgusted at the disconnect within southwest. I will be looking at other hospitals because this is ridiculous
