This was our first visit to this facility, and we were very impressed. The office was exceptionally clean, and the entire staff provided outstanding care. The receptionist was extremely friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable, making the check-in process smooth and efficient, even as a walk-in. The nurse was warm, professional, and thorough, explaining each step of the process and ensuring my daughter felt comfortable and well cared for. The nurse practitioner followed up with the same level of kindness and professionalism, showing great attention to detail and patient care. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish!

The staffing was nice and efficient. I feel like the NP I saw didn't really want to listen to what was really bothering me, she was very black and white with her answers and short to the point and kept correcting me, I never got the strep B done like I asked for in the beginning and I know it takes time. They did the standard things and that was good enough for them I guess.

This was my first visit at this UH Avon urgent care for a somewhat bad thumb laceration. I was able to get in right away and I did not have to wait long for assessment and treatment. The staff was very knowledgeable and took great care of me. I left laughing and at ease that if me or my family requires non ER care we have a new go to place.
