This urgent care was pretty nice, my first time visiting. The wait time was a bit long considering they weren't that busy, but not horrible. Front desk ladies were very nice and welcoming. The nurse was amazing and had an exceptional bedside manner! The Dr was very nice, listened to my concerns, and ordered appropriate testing and follow-up care. The place was very nice and clean. The environment was warm. I'd go back, and I'd recommend.

First time I have had such good customer service at an Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in the door the front desk representative was welcoming and was very customer service oriented not only to me, but to every person that approached her (I need to add she handled patience with grace). I believe I had a doctor assistant do my exam. But for me, she couldu2019ve been the doctor. She was very patient explained to me what she was doing. I had mentioned to her that I didnu2019t have a Primary Care doctor because I had relocated from out of state. She took the time to give me the number to call for a referral.

Becky was SO sweet when I arrived. She (and the other lady there) seem like the perfect people to greet and provide reassurance to people that need care. The doctor, Rachael, I believe, was excellent, as was my nurse (a week ago today, afternoon). I also got a call the next day with a check-up on how I was doing. Great experience overall

This business lacks professionalism in key areas.nnI had a disappointing experience with this business. First, the purpose of their u2018save a spot in lineu2019 feature is unclear; I secured an appointment time, but they pushed it back without any notice or explanation.nnThen, the website clearly states that they perform EKGs and Urinalysis, which is why I chose this provider.nnHowever, after presenting my lab orders, I was informed they wouldnu2019t perform the tests because they were related to plastic surgeryu2014despite my insurance coverage and willingness to pay.nnIf the business doesnu2019t offer certain services based on the reason for testing, they should be transparent about this upfront, especially on their website.nnThis experience left me confused about what services they actually provide and feeling that my time wasnu2019t respected.

Absolutely horrible. The woman at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. I'm not sure why she works with sick people. I was having pain and just wanted a test because this was the closest place and I couldn't drive any farther because of the pain. They ran ONE test then told me it was only a UTI and didn't take me seriously at all. The form they gave me said that I could go back to work and that I only needed a prescription. I went to the er because I didn't believe them, turns out I had appendicitis and needed surgery asap. So I definitely don't recommend this place unless you just have a cold. I wish I could give 0 stars.
