Iu2019m not one to really write bad or good reviews but Iu2019m dedicating my first one to how terrible my experience was here. They had me take two separate tests and I was never told my results, I just had a PA student guess what was wrong with me. They decided I needed a steroid shot, which I have never gotten before, and they didnu2019t even bother explaining the process, the benefits, or any side effects after I expressed this would be my first time. I then had two nurses (I think) give me the shot, both talking and giggle behind me after they told me to pull my pants down and the one giving me the shot seemed confused the entire time. The whole process was unprofessional and I thought it ended there but they proceeded to bill me over 350 dollars after I already payed my copay before I left. Nothing was wrong with my insurance and they keep sending me bills after Iu2019ve already dealt with the charge. If youu2019re wanting a positive experience and to feel confident about your results, find somewhere else to go.

This place really needs to get their stuff together went in yesterday afternoon With all three kids was told they all had RSV and they were supposed to call in anti-nausea meds for two of them here we are the next day and my children still canu2019t keep anything down and they still have not called in their Scripts but they can sit there and fold up their little green pieces of paper of people that owe them money, but canu2019t take care of children and calling their Scripts?? This isnu2019t the first time this has happened. That medication has been called in, but I guess this will be the last time we go to this place we love Garrett, but thereu2019s too many inconsistencies and no follow-through And misdiagnosing they told us all three of our children had RSV when our youngest doesnu2019t have rsv but has the flu not RSV

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! You have been warned. Asked the doctor (a black woman didnu2019t get her name) if itu2019s okay to take a certain medication with another medication I was already taking. She was wrong. Ended up having to make a trip to the hospital. They also tried to charge me $80 for a covid test (ridiculous)

***update***nnI got a call from Garrett to follow up on this review. He wanted to follow up on my visit. He apologized for the events that happened. Very understanding. After saying in my below review that I wouldnu2019t go back, I will go back because he does care. I feel comfortable there. I will change my star rating just because he followed up and cared Thank youu2026nnIu2019ve been fighting allergies for the past week. Decided to go to this establishment and try to get some relief other than over the counter The receptionist and nurse taking weight and blood pressure were exceptional. The actual caregiver (she never identified herself) was rude with an attitude. Never really wanted to help. Get them in and get them out. Donu2019t bother me attitude. . I suggest going to a different urgent care. They do have a new one in Mustang. Youu2019ll probably get better care!

Got right in and out. The staff and the Dr was very nice and professional. This is the second time I've been here and got fixed up both times. I highly recommend this place.
