I went down with my sister Linda. and her kids. They are very nice. She had a sinus and sore throat infection. Normally a Dr would give 500mh. But they only gave her 250mg. And she has to go back because it wasn't enough to clear it up. They were very professional. I definitely recommend them. The Dr assistant she saw was wondeeful. The desk staff were great too!

My wife is pregnant and they are refusing to issue a referall to a specialist since they are not receiving a kick back from the doctor in Santa Clarita. They will only use dr. rami for ultrasounds because he provides a commission check to the owners.nnDO NOT USE THIS GROUP PICK ANYONE ELSE.

It's sad when evern BFMC falls behind the VA. their lack of care is telling. The VA accepting Homes below 3star level is unacceptable the VA accepting assistant living homes below 3stars tells veterans they aren't worth 5 stars isnunacceptable. How are our veterans not worth 5 stars?

I've been coming here for many years. Staff is almost always courteous and efficient. I can only remember a time or two that I have had to growl at one of the intake people for being neglectful or rude. The important part, the medical treatment itself, has most always been helpful.nnHere's a couple things that need to be tweaked:n1) The scales need to be calibrated. They are weighing around 40 lbs. too much (of course, not less), when I mention that to the intake nurse, they don't care and blow it off.n2) When are they going to redecorate this place? It was at least 50 years out of date when they repainted about 10 years (?) ago. Not that hard to section off and repaint folks. Hopefully a nicer color than Puke Pink. That color is not calming folks, no matter what smoke your interior designer is blowing up your a$$. Try a soft green or a very soft buff yellow. Even a soft turquoise, teal, or yes even pink if it is the right shade. Please, please, pretty please with a cherry on top.

Through out the past 3 years I have had to come through this urgent care for various issues. I have brought my two daughters, myself, and just recently today, my newborn son. The staff here are super kind, give fast service, and are accommodating! I have not had one issue here. I get seen right away and they are willing to conduct almost any type of test to ensure we are okay! I am grateful for staff like this and that I am able to experience this level of professionalism and customer service! Today we were treated by Brittany (nurse practitioner), not only was she friendly, she almost put my mind at ease! Thanks to her and the nursing staff today and the graceful women who checked me out! Youu2019re all awesome! I appreciate you all!
