Made my appointment online. I arrived a few minutes before my 9:00 am appointment and was on my way by 9:15 am. Front staff was friendly and efficient. The facility was clean. My provider was professional, listen to my concerns, and called in a prescription to resolve my issue. I was feeling better in 2-3 days. Very satisfied!

Made an online appointment. Checked in about 15 minutes before. Was seen about 15 minutes later. Waited a little longer in room, but not a really long time. The nurse who took my vitals was very nice (sorry forgot your name). I saw Parita Javia, NP. She was very understanding and listened to all my all concerns. I would use this urgent care clinic again.

Service was the pots gave my $25 for nothing. They need to put up a sign or let people know they don't give injections. Except in an emergency. They didn't do anything for me not even a prescription. Had I known they didn't do injections I wouldn't have gone there. ud83dude16ud83dude20 The one star is because I didn't have to wait long.

I booked online for an arm injury. I was in and out in an hour. The front desk staff checked me in quickly and was brought back in less than ten minutes. The MA who brought me back was friendly and efficient. The provider Joanne was professional and had a great bedside manner as did the x-ray tech. This was my first time visiting this urgent care and I won't hesitate to book there again if needed.

Service there was good but the reservation time they scheduled was irrelevant as they called walk-ins first and my child wasn't taken in until about 30 minutes after the reserved time & then another wait time after entering the room she would be seen in. Worst part was I was informed right before she going to be taken in that I would need to pay $150 upfront since my $20 copay amount was not listed on my providers insurance card. I was also not informed of this when I made the appointment over the phone hours earlier. I will now have to wait for an unknown amount of time for my reimbursement. Definitely bad business, leaving the sick & vulnerable with no option other than to pay or wait whole nother day to find another place to go to, which was not an option anyways for my sick child.
