When I first started going here I was seeing Stephanie via and and then I switched over to Cheryl Shunnarah no one said a word for a while things were going good do you miss haps on their part with feeling medication they don't like it if you get nasty and you lose your cool as I left a message in February of 23 well you know Cheryl and Sherry the office manager if people do their job the way they're supposed to people wouldn't have to get nasty after all it's my livelihood that I'm coming to see you all for and if you can't properly doctor me then you shouldn't be in the business so we're going to fast forward to June of last year as they say they want you to call your pharmacy and contact them that's exactly what I did and in turn the pharmacy sent them the refill request however it was never feel it took 20 first off it took 20 days for someone to finally to respond and when Cheryl finally did she sent it to back this pharmacy I mean lo and behold I've never had anything till there except for when I was in the hospital you knew very well that I want to Kroger you Sherry you stay well the pharmacy has issues with their system no it is your system that is the malfunction because when I was at CVS for a very short time that was the very same problem no your system is the one that needs to be fixed then after I told you I wanted to go back to Stephanie Sherry you said no but it's against policy no it is against your policy because you all no longer wanted me there and you can hear it in the recording of the conversation that I have you wouldn't allow me to go see someone else because I no longer wanted Cheryl to doctor me and I had that right yet you couldn't answer anything that I was asking about her all you wanted to do was get me out of there well I'm going to take the time because I know who your boss is and I'm going to be giving him a phone call see I have a whole year if I want to sue you you obviously are not the proper person to hold that position in that office good luck holding on to your job I will be calling over at Baptist and I know the guy that I'm asking for of conversated with him before

Very unprofessional. I called to make an appoinment. Since I don't have insurance at the moment I made clear I'd be paying out of pocket so I asked for visit pricing. Front desk lady said it was gonna be $50 plus whatever exam I get done, how come I have prepay due of $210 for visit only.

The office staff is very unprofessional. When I called to set up an appointment, they told me their office would accept my insurance. However, once I got there on the day of the appointment, they told me they didn't accept my insurance... So I wasted the time to drive there and I wasn't able to pay out of pocket at the time so now I have to wait to get seen at another practice.

This place does not uphold the standard of baptist health care. I have several specialists most of them baptists health and I have never experienced the kind of treatment I did here. It started with the medical assistant making rude comments about my medical history and rushing through my appointment so much so she didnu2019t get all my medications or medical history. When I told her there was more she said what we have is fine and walked out of the room. Iu2019ve been a medical assistant and know thatu2019s not fine. Then my doc saw me at a second appointment for a foot injury. She said believed it was broken, but she wanted to get X-rays to make sure. She also said that Iu2019d have to be off work till they found out. I said I went back to work on Thursday when would we get the results or know when I could go back to work. She said weu2019d definitely have the results by Thursday. I called several times to get my results and the front office staff were so clueless they didnu2019t even know where to look. One person told me one thing and another told me something else. I finally ended up filing a complaint through MyChart which went straight to the NP that was treating me. She told me she has 24 hours to contact me after she receives the results to contact me. Then why did she tell me Iu2019d have the results by Thursday? And I wouldnu2019t have even cared if it wasnu2019t deciding whether or not Iu2019d be able to go back to work which is what she told me. I asked several times if Iu2019d be able to go back to work and she finally said yes. Thatu2019s all I wanted to begin with and it was like pulling teeth to get that out of them. When I went back to work my employer was concerned about me working and said to go back to the doc and get a light duty letter. I did so and called several times again before I got and answer till I finally did and was told she would not approve a light duty letter. I felt this was retaliation against me for filing a complaint about staff so I called to get my provider changed and was sent to the clinical manager. I explained to the manager why I wanted to switch providers and she offered to get a different provider to look at my records to see if they thought I should be on light duty. She was supposed to call me back and one time she did but needed more time to gather records for the new provider and I never received a call back. Instead I received a letter stating that they will no longer treat me in the office. If this isnu2019t retaliation I donu2019t know what is. I advocated for myself and was treated horribly. Not one of the staff I encountered was helpful or pleasant. Now fast forward to now and Iu2019ve seen an orthopedic doc and Ive found out that the NP misdiagnosed me and I have an overuse injury and should have been off of my foot the entire time. Doing what she told me to do actually made me worse. Now Iu2019m in a brace and on medical leave and worse because of her treatment and judgment. Never again will I go here and I will warn anyone who says they will go here. You treated me horrible and made my injury worse. You should be ashamed! Work on your attitude and your communication! Your patients deserve better!
