I had the best experience Iu2019ve ever had at the doctor here! Every was SO nice. The nurse who came in first could tell I was nervous and felt horrible and she was so kind to me and was very gentle. The doctor that took care of me was so calm and just talked to me like I was a normal person, not just a patient she was seeing. I felt so well taken care of. I loved everything about my experience. The waiting room was clean and the receptionists were so nice. 100% recommend!

Dr. Storey is the best. I followed my intuition and found a great person. My anxiety was immediately released and a solution to my issues was. He knew exactly what to do.nnThe medical staff is also really nice. If I can I'll be requesting the nurse who escorted me in

All staff were pleasant and proficient. The only downer was I waited quite a while in the back before the doctor came in and then again when the assistant brought my paperwork. I had them send the prescription to the wrong pharmacy (I didn't know Walgreens doesn't do VA) and the next pharmacy CVS said they could arrange a transfer in 1-2 days. I called the clinic and they reissued the prescription to the CVS instantaneously. CVS was very surprised how fast they responded and allowed them to fill it.

I had a sore throat, sinus infection, etc. I've been getting these every 3-4 months for years. My regular ENT prescribes me antibiotics and a steroid pack. I went in here while on vacation in Pensacola and saw My-Hanh Inman, the nurse practitioner. She had read my check in sheet before walking in and diagnosed me as she walked in the room. I tried to tell her what was going on but she didn't want to hear it. She insisted she had seen over 100 cases just like mine and it was viral and not bacterial so she said antibiotics and steroids would not work. She said anyone I was in contact with for the next few days would also get it. I'd have diarrhea and be sick for at least 2 more weeks, likely 4 more weeks. I got told all of this before she even looked at my throat, in my ears, etc. No one around me ended up getting sick, my wife and I had even drank after each other in prior days. I went to another doctor a few days later, got the antibiotics I originally requested and started feeling better the following day. A week later and I'm good to go. Never had any diarrhea. If you want to be misdiagnosed before they even see you, this is the place.
