Allora Bella Terra has been an amazing place to live at. Its been a month of staying here and we are loving everything about the place. The apartments are well taken care of and resident concerns are addressed on priority. We had an issue with a microwave light & The management stepped up & Replaced the entire microwave. It was nice to see because it shows they are not pinching pennies & They're actually focused on the resident experience. I must admire Hector for always being available and always responding kindly and corteously to my queries & maintenance requests. People like Hector really elevate the value of the entire apartments complex for me.

We had a great experience renting in this apartment with Hector one of the leasing agents there. He was very personable something that you donu2019t really see these days, he explained every single detail, after the application was done he followed up consistently to ensure we did not have any questions or concerns. Donu2019t move here. I havenu2019t even signed my lease & the office staff id terrible! That donu2019t answer the phones & they are rude! You wonu2019t be able to explain yourselfu2026they will lure you into an apartment outside your budget & then not notify you that the apartment in your budget was not available. They work with automated emailsu2026who does that? I will not be renewing a lease, i have to sign because i already paid my deposit but im so unhappy with this experience.
