I was seen on the second floor internal medicine. Starting with the ladies at the information desk and the four check in ladies. their friendliness is exhibited by their smiles and welcoming attitude. More than one wanted to assist me instead of me, having to find the one that least cared to assist me which in this day and age is always a pleasant thing to happen. The medical technician Iu2019m assuming at a med tech with Dr. Benton was personable and professional Dr. Benton is always the smartest dock on the block. He works with me so that I can be a team member with my care. This visit was especially difficult because we had to wean me off a medication with terrible side effects in which I have my own very specific symptoms. But his willingness to work with me in adjust as necessary over the next several months is impressiveu2026 now I must talk to you about the lab desk system. You definitely need to go back to a line where the person at the head of line gets the next person thatu2019s open. Since thereu2019s no bells or lights or dings, you need to keep the same lady paid standing at the head of the line watching for the next open because They tell you to go to the open line that already has someone standing there whether that person is going to take 20 minutes or five you have no idea so you donu2019t wanna go until you see someone open thatu2019s just common sense but the lady wonu2019t allow that and I get so frustrated every time Iu2019ve been there ever since you change the system over from a line. Would it really take that much to put a light next to each person or a board of lights connected to their station so they can say when theyu2019re ready to take you? That would so help me avoid the dread of the lab line

Dr. Dedeaux is my primary care doctor. When I tell you he is the absolute best, I mean it. He is incredibly kind, intelligent, patient, knowledgeable, compassionate; most importantly he takes his time and LISTENS to my concerns every time I see him. In a lot of ways, over this past year, he was key in saving my lifeu2026between my physical health and my mental health, I was in an extremely bad place. But he has helped me with ALL of everything. Thanks to his help Iu2019m in a much better place now and I feel like life is worth living again. Iu2019ll never be able to thank him enough.

My experience with Dr. Todd Cooley is always a great one. He listens and makes sure that your medical needs are met by listening and understanding. He takes his time and not rushing to get to the next patient. He has an amazing staff with Kristi and Freddy. They are always pleasant and nice. I truly appreciate him being my PCP.
