Have very good visit everyone was very sweet & professional. This is my first visit with my doctor Jamie. She was really great she took the time to listen to me and understand everything that was going on and on very sweet. I will be coming back to see her again and then my nurse shayna Iu2019m a phlebotomist but Iu2019m very very scared a im very hard stick it takes 6-8 sticks normal but she came and made me very relax and got me on the 2nd stick i will let her draw my blood anytime

I have maintain my sobriety and will power with the help of medication non opioid. I have face many hard ships in my life but I maintain being clean and sober. They had to change me from a doctor on the Market St address to Dr Sun at Battleground. First I show up to my appointment Friday and they took my co pay and then told me that I had to reschedule me to the following week. So I show up to my appt today the doctor is not professional nor respectful. My drug screen is clean as normal. He was rude from the start. I just had oral surgery (no pain meds other then Ibuprofen and I take something so I donu2019t take opioids he proceed to tell me what I take isnu2019t for pain I explained I understood what itu2019s for that but this is how I manage living a sober clean life. He proceeds to tell me he is dropping my dose to 1/4 of what I normally take.I explain to him that that will not help me. He did not have any bed side manner or positive attitude.He got up and walked out rudely I proceeded to walk out the front desk said we can pick another doctor for you. I told them all what they could do rudely but I did. This is so wrong how the system is so rig to make us fail. I hope Doctors Sun experiences all he deserves because he is horrible. Do not go here. He wasnu2019t going to try to taper me or anything. Like Iu2019m so thankful to have my state of mind and hard work but people like Doctor Sun should not be doctors he is horrible. THE WORST MEDICAL BOARD WILL HEAR FROM ME

I'm so glad I was referred here. After 11 years of being injured and visiting this doctor and that specialist and getting no result and no hope for a brighter future. My appointment was with Jaimie Shannon and I've only met her once so far but she's extremely compassionate and she listens to your problems. Assesses what needs to happen and is very transparent about whatever course you may take. One of the front staff was rather rude to a couple patients and my nurse initially was a little standoffish but my check in was great except the scanner not wanting to work. And once they figured out I actually needed help the nurses attitude relaxed quite a bit and she was quite cordial. So overall I have no real complaints. It took 45 mins to see the np but in my estimation that's not too bad. I've been places a great deal worse. But overall. I have a more positive outlook and an avenue to pursue. Thanks so much Jaimie for listening and caring

My visits with the Dr. were all fine. I had no issues with the staff assisting me at my appointments. But if you need your records transferred to a different office, say an OB office to start prenatal care for example, you can forget about it. Itu2019s taken me a month of calling, going in several times to sign release papers, and somehow my records never get sent anywhere. I really needed to see an OB ASAP for a potential ectopic pregnancy, and they wouldnu2019t see me until Bethany medical sent my records. There was never a reasonable explanation as to why they never got sent. Every time I spoke to someone, they would say they used the wrong fax number, or they just havenu2019t gotten around to it yet, or they havenu2019t been sent yet. Twice they told me they were sent and confirmed but when I called the OB office, they never received it. When I called after that, they said my records have never been sent, and they would get to it when they get to it. That was AFTER they said it had been sent and confirmed. So either they just tell you what you want to hear and/or they are full of it. I had to wait for my records to show up on the app so I could print it off and take to the OB office in person. They have no sense of urgency to make sure you get the medical care that you need in a timely manner.

First time. Front desk courteous. Nurse could engage more to show empathy so as not to come across as unfeeling and abrupt. Dr. Kahoano's excellent. Good listener and genuinely cares.
