We came in on the day before Barry was supposed to hit and our family was leaving for vacation. They were able to get my daughter in quickly, diagnose her, and give us tips for treating my other children naturally should they end up with the same thing. The price was also reasonable. Bausey Urgent Care cares about the community of New Orleans east..when i arrived the wait time was short and I was out of the office pretty quick. very friendly staff and compassionate doctor that takes her time to actually listen and help you out in every way possible..it was such a great experience Thanks again Bausey.

I called before I arrived to ask if there was a pediatrician there to treat my infant. They told me yes. I got there and waited 2 hours only for them to tell me that they had no means to treat my infant. Keep in mind my wait was 2 hours with an Infant. They showed no urgency in getting her to the back being that she is so young. I don't recommend this place to no one. I've never waited that long at an urgent care.
