If your looking for someone to help with any throat issue, look elsewhere. This ear nose and THROAT doctor apparently doesnu2019t do anything for the THROAT. I was referred here from my primary doctor. My doctor sent over my referral and I filled out the unnecessary long 5 forms for new patients. I never got a call from them, so I called to make sure they got my forms and my Dru2019s referral. They confirmed they received it and the Dr was reviewing it, so I should expect a call in the next day or two. Received nothing. No call. No text. No email. Which they most definitely had from their large new patient forms. Turns out they just faxed my primary doctor that they suggest I look elsewhere for care because they focus on ear and nose - not THROAT. My doctor even found this very strange that an ENT doesnu2019t do the T part. My personal doctor was the one to let me know that they went ahead and rejected my file. If it werenu2019t for the thoroughness of my doctor then I wouldnu2019t even know I was rejected. I never once got a call from this office to let me know. Still havenu2019t received any communication at all. Stay away from this doctor. Obviously they donu2019t care about their new patients, which means they probably donu2019t care about their current ones either.

My son when here today this is a horrible Doctor will submit a complaint with insurance he was horrible in every way literally told me he didn't understand why my son was referral to him that kids like my son should go to loma linda I'm guessing he said that cause my son has ADHD and wouldn't stay still ..

After being blown off by another doctor another ENT office for well over a year and a half it was this office that solved my problem. Staff and doctors cared what was going on with me listened carefully made some great referrals and I'm on my way to a full recovery. Highly recommend!highly recommend!

DO NOT go here anymore if you used to see Dr Jeffries (she was the best) this Dr is ud83dudc4eud83cudffc very sad her practice was taken over by this Dr. HORRIBLE PRACTICE

I called this office today on April 29, 2024 & was told the 1st opening they had was in September! Seriously?!?
