After 76 years of trouble free living on Planet Earth, Our Lady of The Lake Regional Medical Center responded to my first crisis (quadruple bypass surgery) incredibly well. Nurses, doctors, cardiac rehab team, and ancillary services were outstanding in answering my case needs and making me feel like saving my life really mattered to them. I've been a professional musician for my entire life, and most of my career has depended on numbers and statistics. OLOLRMC never treated me like I was either. They treated me as if I am a real person, with a real life, and that it was their intent to get me back to it as soon as possible. Thank you!

They were real nice, the doctors and nurses gave me everything that I needed and helped me got back strong on my feet and after surgery and fed me good food so that I recover. I thank them so much even above everything that I went through,they still assisted me when I go through my next surgery,I have confidence that they will fix my leg back. And what more could I ask for. And I thank you 'all for helping me through recovery all the staffs at Our Lady Lake.

OLOL Hospital and staff are the best! Iu2019ve had multiple hospital stays through the years with digestive health diagnosis and treatment. I am grateful for the staff and dedication of OLOL staff. Last night when I was admitted, I was well cared for in emergency room and on the ward. From the emergency room staff to staff on the ward, everyone was professional and courteous. I appreciate caring nurses. Nurse Terry got me settled and took excellent care of me, as if I am family member. Terry was kind and caring, and attentive. Nurse Carrington has has been very attentive and caring, as well. Thank You to my OLOL Family. I have been well cared for during each hospital stay. Medical staff are caring and competent. This has been my experience during multiple hospitalizations at OLOL! CT Scan and Dietary staff are awesome & professional too. I am thankful to each and every caregiver. Everyone here is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. GOD INDEED SENT HER TO THE RIGHT HOSPITAL . Dr Conner, Dr Depuy , the nurses, techs I mean EVERYONE is so caring and personable. I felt so much better when I got to Baton Rouge and saw the care, love and attention she was receiving. The drs were thorough to find out what was going on. We have been here 3 nights and I kept telling them how amazing and knowledgeable they are. Dr Depuy even prayed with us. You are in good hands here. God is amazing

All caregivers were polite and friendly to my husband when he got his knee replaced. Nurses were prompt with medicine- never had to ask for pain medicine. They were on top of it. Physical therapy was great. Thanks for the great care! Love that all staff made you feel like they genuinely cared.
