Iu2019ve been to many such urgent care centers all over the city and especially in the Bayridge area, and I can tell you that my experience here has been *far* and away the BEST of any of them! Seen promptly, front desk staff are friendly and attentive, and Dr. Irisa in particular has been just absolutely phenomenal both times Iu2019ve seen her so far, knowledgeable and patient, with wonderful expertise and advise that goes well beyond the bare minimum which one often comes to expect with such things - not to mention a great bedside manner, to boot! All in all an absolutely wonderful place that I feel quite grateful to know is now here in the neighborhood, so close to my apartment! And frankly, I for one could read all of the papers just fine ; )

I went for a Covid test, I was filling out the paper most of the pages were hard to read because there were copies of copies of copies, but one page is completely illegible I asked for a clear copy they did not have one that asked for a digital. They couldnu2019t even provide that so they were unable to see me do the lack of preparation on their behalf.
