I didnu2019t get the Doctors or nurses names today when I was in for some respiratory issues (as I had my son with me & he does not like the doctors office) the fact that you all did everything you could to help calm him (receptionists) and to make sure we were not waiting too long was appreciated more than you know. Thank you; your professionalism and kindness was all I could ask for feeling how I have this week.

Extremely unprofessional. I waited two hours. I had five people who showed up after me get seen before me. The doctor did not listen to my symptoms, told me heu2019d be back to swab me for a test, and then never came back. Two nurses then proceeded to come in and ask my name, told me iu2019m good to go, and then were reinformed about my testing.

I was able to make an appointment same day, within a few hours. Staff was helpful and friendly. The Pa-C who examined me was confident, knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. She kept me in the loop as to what they were going to do and how to treat me for my illness. Iu2019m very satisfied with the health care I received.
