Bay Side Docks gave outstanding service. My nurse Liz was very compassionate and genuine. I felt very at ease and comfortable in their care.nnPrior to going there I tried the walk-in clinic down the road. The treatment was so horrendous I had to walk out they were downright rude with no compassion or care.nI will always choose Bay Side Docks from now on.nAll the staff was very polite and wonderful and my nurse Liz went above and beyond. Fantastic experience at this place while vacationing in Traverse City. Dr Parker and the staff were thorough, friendly and professional. I received the treatment, medication and direction I needed to get me on the mend. Even though I received testing, treatment and x-rays, I was only there about two hours total, which I thought was great. That didn't stop Dr Parker from apologizing for how long I was there. To top it off, I received a follow-up call today confirming my test results (good news!). Would give 10 stars if I could!

I've been going to Bayside Docs since I was a kid; now I take my own child there. The staff is wonderful - compassionate, friendly, gracious, and understanding. They're responsive and available, and the wait times are often considerably less than other facilities in town. Even when there is a wait, the patient care and support at Bayside is beyond worthwhile.nnWe also deeply appreciate how COVID-conscious and careful all of the staff members are at Bayside. Since 2020, we've been seen both in the office and in the medical hut, depending on our symptoms, and have had absolutely no issues or concerns being seen in either spot. Regardless of whether we've been in the office or in the hut, it's so nice to go somewhere where we can be seen in person and outside of our car!nnI can't recommend this place enough, whether you're local or a tourist. If you need an urgent care, this is where you want to go!

I injured my ankle Wednesday afternoon (day before thanksgiving). My wife drive me to Bayside Docs an hour before close. Liz was absolutely wonderful u2014 x-rays, ace bandage wrap, clear instructions. We were in and out of the clinic in less than an hour. Then a follow-up call to check on me. I can only imagine how long it wouldu2019ve taken had I gone to the hospital instead. Kudos to Liz and the rest of the wonderful staff!

My 1 year old was sick while on vacation. Came here, and had the best experience. Itu2019s been a long time since Iu2019ve gone to a doctors office and felt like someone did a thorough job and actually cared vs just going through a checklist and pushed us through. They followed up multiple times to check on him and I couldnu2019t be happier with our service. I wish we lived closer so we could utilize them all the time for our care. I recommend 10/10.
