She provided exceptional care and insight on the procedure along with recommendations for my at home care and supplies. The staff is caring and make you feel appreciated as a patient. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now! Dr. Madsen and his team have literally saved my smile. From DH Carolyn and Beth (hope I have their name right) to the ortho team with Dr. Porcini, my teeth have gone from nearing periodontal disease to healthy gums and a confident smile. Love Jen my hygienist! I've always hated going to the dentist, but Jen makes the experience bearable. She's so engaging with her conversation while she works her magic, she takes my mind off the process. Dr. Steve is great and also makes me feel comfortable. I had my regular 6 month check up today and it went great! My hygienist Tricia, as usual, made it that way. She always takes the time to explain what she's doing and why. And I always am made to feel comfortable, which most people don't say about being at the dentist!nLastly, the dentist was a fill-in whom I hadn't met before but like everyone in that office, she was professional and kind.
