Been with this company for a couple years now and the staff always make me feel comfortable. I have never been comfortable with going to the doctors office my whole life, so it feels nice to find a place I do. JFR is always easy for me to talk to and kind. Nice place.

After 50 minutes of waiting after my appointment time and watching 8 people in the waiting room come in after me. I was still sitting in the waiting room whilst those 8 people were promptly sent through to be seen. Enough was enough. As an independent contractor, I had other appointments to do that day and I left without being seen for my appointment. The reception behind the frosted glass barrier re-scheduled me for another day and really didnu2019t seem to care about how long I had been waiting. Whatu2019s happening with our world. The u201cdonu2019t give a crap factoru201d far outweighs any customer service at this u201cfactoryu201d

Don't let the reviews fool you. 90% of the complainers who people using walk-in and then whining that the wait time is long or something ud83eudd26u200du2642ufe0fnnI'd say the REAL rating for this place should be a 4 out of 5. Friendly staff, friendly and attentive doctors (or at least Jodi is), their own med portal system, longest I've ever waited from moment I walked in to moment I saw the doc was like 20 minutes.nnI've been seeing Jodi for a while now and she's great and very attentive. You can tell she legitimately wants to help and get to the bottom of things, and not just be like some providers that don't care, act burnt out, and just want you gone.nnI understand not everyone has insurance and I'm sorry, that sucks, but don't blame this practice. The ER takes walk-ins too, except for 5x the out of pocket cost. So go try your luck there if it's so bad.nnBut if you have insurance AND make an appointment, then you shouldn't have any problems.nnI typically schedule for any time after 3pm and I try to make my appointments as fast as possible most times as they're just follow-ups or med refills usually. But even if I have a new issue she'll still take the time to listen.nnSo all the people complaining about long waits or them not taking new patients, just ignore it. I'm pretty sure they are taking new patients even if they're booking a couple months out until your first appointment. If you need to be seen sooner you can TRY their walk-in side first and THEN become a scheduling patient after that, OR go to the ER.

I would give zero stars if possible. I still canu2019t believe how badly I was treated by one of the Drs here. Immediately got confrontational with me when I was looking for help involving mental health issues. You donu2019t corner someone in a room and talk at them, especially with someone who has PTSD. I will never recommend someone going here for anything.

I will never go back after going there since I was a small child. Timothy Foley is an uncaring and terrible doctor. I don't know why he even is one. If you do a walk in and get him, expect to be dismissed and told to go home and take OTC meds. Waste of time and money. Can't ever get in to see my primary without waiting a month.
