Absolutely never ever again. Took my Son who had the absolute worst cough among other symptoms. Doctor heard the cough. Offered a nose spray. What a joke. Thankfully got my Son in with our regular family doctor to be told his ear was inflamed and his glands swollen. And she prescribed him an antibiotic immediately for ten days. This place did absolutely nothing and made my Son suffer unnecessarily for another full day. Not to mention they were rude. Our primary doctor, who didn't have availability or we would have went to her that day, couldn't believe nothing had been done to help. Do better. Especially when it comes to children.

The best urgent care in town. I took my daughter when i suspected RSV. the nurses and doctors were so kind to us as first time parents just trying to find out whatu2019s wrong. My daughter is terrified of doctors and nurses unfortunately at the age sheu2019s at, but they were so patient with her and reassuring. They let her nap in the room so they could come and do a check up on her. So grateful I was recommended this place and i highly recommend it for others. I didnu2019t get the chance to catch the doctors name, but she came in singing nursery rhymes to make my daughter feel comfortable!!

I called beach care at 11AM to inquire about a walk in appointment. Katie was super helpful and shared with me that I could head on over for a short wait. I was in and out in an hour. I told the Nurse Practitioner I was nervous about giving blood and they were absolutely incredible ensuring that I was comfortable and had no issues. Thank you ladies!

This place is Amazing! Everyone is very professional and attentive to your needs. The rooms were all clean and well kept. The professionalism you receive from here is truly appreciated when you have to go to an urgent care facility. Everyone makes you feel welcome and not rushed. I appreciated everyone who helped me.

I was hesitant to go to urgent care because I knew it was going to be pointless, and I was aware it was a holiday weekend. Waited 2 hours and spent $40 to be told I had been sick too long for them to run tests yet not sick long enough to receive a prescription for antibiotics. The NP acknowledged how awful I sounded yet the only thing she offered was advice to do exactly what I had been doing (which isnu2019t working). A waste of time and money, and an insulting trip entirely.nnUpdate: I removed another star because the u201cprofessionalsu201d at this specific urgent care clearly lack professional etiquette. It is evident throughout the numerous condescending responses to bad reviews that there needs to be a company wide treatment. Please do better as PROFESSIONALS. I also wanted to add that I did go to another local urgent care and received an Rx for antibiotics. It was unfortunate it took a second opinion to get the care I needed but I will be sure to continue receiving care from anyone but Beachcare Urgent & Family Medical Center.
