Doctor Jose de la Llana super cool doctor. He attended to my needs. He gave me the time I needed to recover from work. I totally recommend this doctor. The staff was good too. One receptionist was not nice or rude. She didn't open the window right away. When she did the look on her face was like ugh yea can I help you when she did open it. I mean she could of opened and said, I'll be with you in a min, if she was busy. But one person, who in my opinion is in that field for the money and not because she wants to help people. She will not be the reason I won't go to that facility.

Today, 12-26-24, I went to this urgent care after my insurance teledoc told me to go as soon as possible to an urgent care. I waited roughly 3 hours to be seen. However, I fully understood. It was the day after Christmas, so a lot of people were there, and the doctor was short staffed.Front desk ladies seemed overwhelmed and slightly stressed but I could tell they were still trying to be friendly and respectful. I also witnessed them handle a somewhat difficult person and I feel they treated them very well and did whatever they could to help them.Even with the long wait, I am still satisfied with the care I received as the doctor was very personable, even remembering when I had shown up initially and apologies while explaining the current situation. He also diagnosed me with the same illness as the teledoc did, so he is very knowledgeable and not just trying to rush you in and out. I will continue to use this urgent care any time I need.

They have people coughing like crazy and they don't even provide face coverings. They can also have them wait in their car until it's their turn. I came in for something else and after being exposed to this kids with coughs now I have one too.

Very pleased with the level of care I received, very friendly receptions and the care staff were great and helpful and knowledgeable and respectful. I even had to return to get a copy of some paperwork and they didnu2019t charge me a fee nor give me a hard time even with them having a lot of patients in the waiting areau2026. I have always been grateful for the level of care I have received from them.. Highly recommended !!!!
