This review is for the Nurse Practitioner Rose. My husband and I came in with our newborn last week for a bilirubin check. My son has Down syndrome and was born at U of M. We had decided that if his bilirubin was elevated we would go to U of M for treatment rather that be admitted to Corewell due to his past medical history. Rose attempted to use coercive and manipulative tactics to shame us into receiving other care. She blatantly lied about calling U of M for us and stated on my voicemail that if I decided to go to U of M that I wouldnu2019t be seen for 2 days if not longer. She also stated that U of M recommended I go to a different hospital. Upon arriving at U of M, we walked back immediately and did not even need the phototherapy she was coercing us into. My sonu2019s bilirubin levels were u201cmagicallyu201d a full 3 points lower than what Rose had said they were just 4 hours later. I also question whether Rose was honest with the lab results as they took less than a half hour to come back when every other time they have taken at least an hour.nnI would recommend parents use caution if utilizing this clinic and if they receive care from Rose.

We had to take our newborn in on the weekend for follow-up on jaundice. It was the day after we had left the hospital. It was really nice to know we could do this follow-up as outpatient and not have to stay another night at the hospital.nnThe staff was great. We appreciated how good they were with our baby. They have a dedicated room for newborns and got us out of the waiting room swiftly.nnI hope that we don't have to go back in the future. But, if we do I'm glad to know this clinic is here and will take good care of our daughter.

A great service for our little ones to be seen after hours. Very kind, thorough provider. Check in at West entrance registration on the ground floor. After registration they will direct you upstairs to the clinic.

This place is always a life saver. Kids in general love to need a doctors care when clinics are closed and this clinic being always available during those times is such a relief. Nurses and staff are always so nice. Iu2019ve been here four times, Iu2019ve never had to wait long. Itu2019s always been so peaceful in the waiting room and clinic. Doctors are kind, quick, and get to the bottom of a matter immediately.

We had a great experience at the after hours clinic. Our 3 year old and 1 year old were both showing symptoms of strep infections. We thought we would have to wait for hours on a Saturday night. I called ahead of time and they gave great instructions for how to locate the clinic. We were seen within 10 minutes. The RNs were very attentive and the NP did a great job too- attentive and listened to our concerns. They also gave us a list of late night pharmacies. I wish there were more peds-focused after hours clinics like this. Great care, thank you!
