This was my second visit here and I am completely happy and satisfied with both outcomes. The staff are great, friendly, and most definitely Amazing!! I would definitely refer this place to anyone needing a clean caring and reliable Urgent Care! I have brought both of my daughters to get checked out here and all my needs have been met!!!!

Absolutely worthless. We have gone there for a couple years and loved it. Then mercy bought them and it has fallen off a cliff. Wife went there for strep throat, since 2 people she works with currently have it and she's starting to feel symptoms. Receptionist took our insurance info and charged us $65. Our copay is $20 max for urgent care but she refused to listen or call our insurance to verify. My wife was taken to a room and saw a one of the medical assistants sleeping in an empty exam room. Doctor came in and told her there was nothing she could do for her. So $65 for absolutely nothing. Do not go here. Complete scam and absolutely horrible people from office to doctors.

They were very sweet and caring. I got stitches. I've had many in my years, and the mercy heath urgent care in temperance was without a doubt my best experience. The woman and nurse that cared for me very nice.

This place is super fast super friendly, i really like the dr i had today she actually listens. Ive been going here since they have opened and not one time have i ever had to wait longer then 10 mins to be seen. I highly recommend this urgent care .

The med tech did more and spent more time with me than the NP or whatever she was. She didn't identify herself upon walking in the room. She barely looked at my issue, I had to ask for her to look in my ears, and she truly didn't listen to my concerns. I felt dismissed.
