After completing a GI procedure, I must give credit where credit is due. From start to finish the absolute epitome of world class service! Having a GI procedure is rarely enjoyable however this was a step out of the ordinary. From prep to intake. Admission to recovery, I have never experienced such a smooth and comfortable experience. I spent a long time in the waiting room for lab work. 4 people that came in after me went in before me. I checked with the receptionist who fixed the problem. The lab tech (who was probably at fault) got defensive and gave a lame excuse. She should have simply apologized and everything would have been forgiven. Her lack of caring was disappointing.

Best urgent care I have ever been too. It's not crazy busy which is great with little ones. It's clean and the staff are excellent. The Drs are kind , caring , kid friendly and very knowledgeable.

Great clinic, got me into and out of urgent care quickly for my covid and flu test. The only problem is that these tests were billed as emergency room labs which is covered by insurance differently (in my case not at all), despite the fact that I was not in a hospital emergency room.nnBecause of this, my nasal swab test cost me $500. If you need a lab covid test do not come here, go to your PCP if they can even get you in and have them order it. It's ridiculous that urgent care tests are billed in this way. But I hope that this negative review will lead others away and into the proper channel financially. Hopefully the proper financial channel is as expedited as urgent care, and if not, that's just another reason why this system is broken.nnIt seems like you have to choose between accurate and timely diagnosis which you have to pay for yourself, or risking your health on waiting to get into your doctor appointment but saving money.

Facilities were clean, smelled pleasant. Staff was pleasant. But if I am expected to be on time/early to my appointment, I expect the same from any medical team. I had to miss work to come in for an ultrasound and the diagnostic team was 15 minutes late.
