If I could give 6 stars I would. I went in on a Saturday evening, was seen within 5 minutes, received necessary treatment, prescriptions filled and out the door in less than 20. My scrips were ready within the hour. This is my second time coming to this facility and I'm so glad I did! Granted it wasn't busy, but I have never been seen and adequately treated so fast and efficiently in my life. Staff was nice too.

I had the best experience at this Urgent Care Clinic! I took a chance on going to a place that was close to where I live. Upon entering the clinic I was greeting by a friendly person with a smile and took care of checking me in. Once in, a very nice PA, Seneca Atwood took the time to listen to me and my issue, ask me questions to make sure she understood and explained what was going on. I felt well taken care of and didnu2019t have to wait very long! I would highly recommend this clinic for anyone in need of exceptionally good urgent care!

I am so thankful for Berkley Urgent Care. Me and my whole family have been coming here for years. Each time has been a good outcome. The staff here is outstanding and they are very nice. I highly recommend this place , they really help with a lot of medical problems. I brought my mom here today because she could not hear, got her ears cleaned, find out she had a huge piece of wax blocking her hearing. She left saying that she can hear 100 percent better. She was very happy! Thank you , Silvana FNP and the medical Assistant Jawad.

Literally the best urgent care experience of my life. Arrived, checked in, seen, diagnosed and treated within a half hour. Every person I dealt with was friendly and professional, they wrote and sent scripts for antibiotics and were just fantastic. If you must go to urgent care, go to this one.

It's wrong to turn patients away during open hours. This was actually my preferred urgent care as my daughter is very shy. The female doctors make her very comfortable. We arrived prior to closing time listed 9pm. While other patients were still inside. Care was refused. I ask both workers if it was the policy to turn away patients during the advertised business hours. Respond : yes after 8:45 as it's is 8:47pm. No where on the website is this listed. No walk in accepted after 8:45. I guess an appointment is needed to be seen at urgent care for urgent situations. Very poor management of the situation
