Always on time for the home visits, calls to be sure everything is still good for that day. I was sick and after I contacted the help line Michael came to my home and made sure I had what I needed, sent in prescriptions and contacted my primary. I never had to go out in the rain or to the Emergency Room and wait for hours. I love this program, so far it has been very helpful.

Gretchen comes to see my parents about every 3 months or so. She is wonderful she is very patient and polite She answers all the questions and explains everything. Makes my parents feel like they're important and also myself the caregiver. Your company is very lucky to have such a hard worker and so dedicated to what she does .Lisa Knopf

Not real happy with the LandMark visit on Friday 2/23/2024. Representative Mike Riggles, called to say he was close by and would be here soon. So we're waiting & waiting and he finally shows up over an hour later, around 6pm. That on top of his scheduled appointment window which was set up earlier in the the week, which was from 3 to 5pm. Couldn't contact him during the wait time, as he has phone set up as a private number. I asked him why and he apparently decided to do another appointment in the meantime and never contacted us. We were planning on going out for dinner afterwards, but was too late for the usual Fridays, which are pretty busy where we like to go. Mike did give me his private number. But it seems as if he's always running late for appointments every time. We don't appreciate being treated this way and you folks need to get someone else who is more prompt. Not real interested in doing more business with LandMark, if that's the best you can do. Will say the session went OK, once he finally got here, but the timing was totally unacceptable and seems to be a pattern of the way Mike runs his job.

I have had nothing but great things to say about Landmark from the staff just checking up on me via a phone call or to remind me that Michael Riggles is coming to see me!!!
