Tried using EXPIRED tubes to draw my blood. They were going to until someone busted into my room and yelled u201cSTOPu201d as she was as about to put the needle in me. Waited for over a hour while they fumbled around looking for some tubes that werenu2019t expired. After it was apparent they couldnu2019t find any, they wrote me a prescription to be seen elsewhere. When I went to a different lab, they didnu2019t write the necessary codes on the prescription so I had to call to get codes for them. When calling, the receptionist was very rude and told me they would call back however I was sitting in the lab needing the codes promptly. The receptionist was on speaker and even the doctor at the lab was amazed at how horrible and rude they were. Multiple doctors and awed at how horrible of an experience Iu2019ve had here, and I work in the medical field as well. The doctor herself before I left told me she wouldnu2019t blame me for never coming back. Wasnu2019t going to write a review at first because things happen, however after the 2nd horrible experience, Iu2019m left with no choice but to make other people aware not to come here for their own safety and quality of care.

I went in for antibiotics for bronchitis. No doc looked at my symptoms or checked my wheezing. Instead covid test and said bye. Came back 3 days for treatment again and get my diagnosis but the little girl gave me a rough time. Little girl went back told provider i was mean to her so provider wouldnu2019t see me. She failed to examine me prior time and this time wouldnu2019t talk to me! Horrible treatment. Iu2019ve been coming to this place for a long time as providers were great. But this visit this NP, nobody cared that a covid patient lungs were compromised had to go down street and get excellent treatment.

My fiancu00e9 and I use this urgent care for fast reliable care. Weu2019ve used them for the past few years outside hours of our regular doctor. Every time we come in, we are greeted by staff, checked in quickly and never a long wait. Most places are packed with long wait times. Not once have a needed to wait more than 15-20mins, if that, here. The doctors have always have a great bedside manner. The staff is thoughtful and friendly. I highly recommend Plymouth Urgent Care for your urgent care needs!

The costs and times available are variable. I don't like to go here. The care was not directed towards me. I felt I was their raw material and the product was the bill.
