It was a quick check-in the front desk lady was very nice and so was the lady who did the insurance check. The ma was very nice with my son and took her time listening to our signs and symptoms. Great interaction skills with a toddler boy . The doctor came in and took his time doing his assessment asked if we had any questions explain what he was going to do and was very thorough. Overall a great experience on a Sunday morning with my 4-year-old son thank you!

Dr. Musa listened and heard my concerns and was extremely personable. He was very thorough with his explanations, concerns and recommendations. I was very impressed...even though he sent me to the ER. And he is the type of doctor we all wish we had as our primary care physician.

The nurse and doctor I received care from was beyond exceptional. Their attitude and demeanor was enlightening even after it was near the end of the day and, from what I can imagine, was a long day of seeing patients. They were kind and the nurse was even all smiles despite the blood pressure machine not picking up my pulse or something. I appreciate the care and attentiveness when it was my turn to be seen. Thank you for all that you do!

I feel like the community should stop attending this Medcheck East, and then they might realize how valuable the patients are to this facility. If it wasn't for the patients coming in this office, you might not have any employment at this location. I could say what happened in my visit, but it's obvious that it doesn't matter. There are 1 star reviews from 9 years ago, and it still shows nothing has changed.

I go here every time I have a COPD flare up. The doctors here no how to treat you. They are very up to date in treatments. When we are done talking they check my breathing and call in my medicine to my pharmacy right away. By the time I get to my pharmacy my medicine is ready. They take you back as soon as possible too. No hours waiting to be seen.
