The receptionists was great. The doctor not so much. I had something going on with my knee. The doctor came in and said they didnu2019t have an ultrasound I would need to go to my primary care if emergency room. I said since I paid for this visit could you at least take a look? The she did. She didnu2019t hardly look at me. She offered me a prescription and that was it. I was not impressed and will not be going back for anything.

Loved this urgent care. The provider Ashley, was super nice, empathetic and thorough with my visit. I was very impressed, I feel much better today 1 week after my visit. The 2 other staff were also very kind and wonderful. Definitely will come back, another time.

This is the worst urgent care I have been to. Took my boyfriend here for a work related injury. We arrived at 3:50pm on Memorial Day. The sign on the door said they close at 4pm. The lady at the front desk was in a crappy mood and was rude right as we walked in. She refused to let him check in. They are the location he is suppose to go to for work injuries. I asked for the corporate phone number as I work in the medical field and you are always suppose to see patients until your close time, even if a patient walks in 1 minute before you close. She then proceed to push a stack of paper toward me and said to sign him in since I was threatening to complain. I said no that is ok I just want a phone number to call and tell them you are refusing patient care to patients before you are closed. She started to yell and said she was not giving me the number. She walked around the corner to get someone else, in which I once again said all I want is a number to call and complain since she is refusing to check us in and you guys are not closed. The other lady gave me a manger Kristine number. We left. I called her right away and she told me she was spending time with her family and would call me back shortly. The receptionist turned away 2 other patients while I was sitting in the car talking on the phone. It is now 7:35pm and still no call. We ended up down the street in the ER. They also stated that them turning us away before they closed in not Corewell protocol and they would also be reporting this. This was a horrible experience for our first visit.

I rarely review places but this is a must.n#1 there were ants crawling all over the floor of the patient room I was in. Kinda gross.n#2 I left with no answers, and was rushed out of my visit due to another emergency happening. Which I understand, but feel I should have been able to leave with a better understanding of the issue I was having.n#3 the medical assistant let out a massive sigh every time she saw a new patient coming in, or heard the bell ring that a new patient entered the facility. Unpleasant, appeared to hate her job. And I left feeling worse than when I arrived. Donu2019t go here.

Absolutely amazing experience. From the receptionist to the initial assent to the treatment all the staff were extremely friendly and informative. The service was quick. Maximum of a 5 to 10 minutes waiting time only. The place was clean and followed all hygiene protocols. I definitely recommend this urgent care over the many others I have been too.
