I made an appointment online and filled out all the paperwork before I arrived. I only waited a couple of minutes before I was taken to an exam room. My vital signs were taken immediately, and my cut was cleaned. Annie the PA came and examined me within a few minutes. She was very professional and engaging. She explained what she was going to do throughout the procedure. She gave me thorough instructions on how to care for my stitched up wound. I couldnu2019t be more pleased with the entire experience. Every person I interacted with was great!

My son sliced his finger cutting some vegetables in the kitchen. I called Piedmont Urgent care in east CobbnThey told us to come in right away.nWe showed up and they were expecting us.nWe filled out a little bit of paperworknAnd they saw my son right awayud83dudc4dnHe needed away few stitches in his finger. The intake desk are friendly but not overly friendly. The nurse was nice and did her job. The doctor lacks social skills. The doctor did not say anything when she walked in. No hello, hi, my name is, no anything. I still have no idea who the doctor was. She was nice but just not friendly.nnI have this mindset that ALL doctors regardless of their background should be required to greet ALL patients whether they want to or not. They tend to forget that the u201cpatient u201c actually is u201chiringu201d them for a service.nnIu2019ll just go to another facility next time.

Reasonable wait time. Everyone was friendly and professional. Dr Moon took plenty of time with me. I didn't feel rushed and he answered all my questions and did not lose patience. Very thankful I chose to go there.

Absolutely unacceptable experience.nnWe had an appointment scheduled for 8:12 AM and arrived early at 8:01. Despite that, we werenu2019t seen until 8:40. What is the point of scheduling a time if youu2019re going to make patients wait nearly 40 minutes past it? And to make matters worse, the whole visit dragged on until around 9:30. Thatu2019s over an hour and a half for what was supposed to be a quick urgent care visit.nnThis place clearly has no respect for peopleu2019s time. If you value your schedule or expect a medical facility to operate with any efficiency, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
