My experience could not have gone better. I preregistered online, walked in ten minutes before my appointment time, did not sit down and went straight back to the exam room. The doctor came in immediately and performed exam. He was friendly and spent time letting me ask questions. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Five star experience

Best Piedmont Urgent Care I have been to so far. Extremely clean and professional, I was quickly greeted and my information rapidly recorded. The nurse asked very directional questions to quickly pinpoint the issue. The provider then assessed the issue deeper and gave me amazing explanations on medicine choices as well as natural remedies. The discharge process was very clear and they even welcomed me to the neighborhood with referrals to local medical providers.nI absolutely loved this staff and location, it is my new home urgent care for all needs for myself and my entire family.

Iu2019m late to review my visit. Clinic was quiet and service was speedy even with an immediate care patient that came in. The reason for my rating is that I did not like that my card was kept on file from an old visit (not this particular PUC) and the clinic attempted to charge it without my consent for medication. Good thing the card was locked because I had another card that I preferred to use at TOS. I also didnu2019t feel better after my diagnosis. I decided to wait it out but it took a while to feel better.
