His warm smile and patience in discussing issues is so wonderful in a doctor today-most doctors rush you in and out, but not him. Edward Bieber, MD is an outstanding physician. My father was a top physician with hospital priviledges at 3 different New England hospitals and practiced out of 4 office locations (large private practice of approximately 20-25 physicians) so I was accustomed to excellent medical care my entire life.nnDr. Bieber first evaluated my bilateral carpel tunnel syndrome and operated on both hands very successfully (separate occasions, of course!). Not only did the pain disappear, but he left no scars.nHe deliberately used the natural wrinkles in my palms for the incisions. Dr Bieber also treated my trigger finger (100% successfully).nnI returned to see Dr. Bieber in 2019 for cubital tunnel syndrome (ulnar compression). I am having an EMG performed and have scheduled my follow-up with Dr. Bieber already. Although I am moving 1.5 - 2 hours away from his Bethesda, MD office soon, I would never consider another physician if I need surgery for this condition. I would drive back to Bethesda for Dr. Bieber's expertise. I cannot recommend him and his partners enough.

After years of dealing with neck pain, and having an MRI at the end of 2024 showing further deterioration in my c-spine, I was recommended by my pain management team over to OrthoBethesda. I went in and saw Dr. Feuchtbaum, who recommended a much needed double disc replacement. I had been told years ago by another practice that I was a surgical candidate, but was not ready to undergo such a major surgery at that time. Knowing how intensive this surgery could/would be, I didn't go into it lightly this time either, but neither did he, and that made all the difference in the world. Our initial visit was thorough, and although his approach is as conservative as possible, we both decided that the last MRI proved that it was time to take that big leap. Surgery was 2/26/25, and at 6 weeks post-op, my neck is feeling so much better than it has in YEARS. I have more range of motion, no more nerve impingement in the arms, and any residual pain from surgery is already down to one stubborn muscle that continued PT and time will resolve (we're only 6 weeks out, after all!) I'm beyond happy with the level of care I've received from Dr. Feuchtbaum and the team at OrthoBethesda, and would definitely recommend him and this practice to anyone who needs orthopedic care. Thank you, Dr. Feuchtbaum, for helping get my kids their Mom back!! We are ALL extremely grateful! ud83dude4f
