Went in last night to avoid the much dreaded ER. Had not slept in 3 days due to pain. Very professional, clean and knew just what to do. Nailed it. I was in and out in less than an hour.YES!!!nMy last ER visit was over 12hrs before I was even seen.nYoung lady at front desk and NP on duty were terrific.nThank you!!!!nBest sleep this year!!!!

I came to Betheada after sitting in another urgent care for over an hour and not being seen nor given any updates. At Bethesda I was seen almost immediately dispite being a walk in. Bethesda is super clean and a well cared for facility. The front desk staff was super friendly and eager to help. Dr. Simpson was timely, polite and willing to explain my diagnosis. This was the best Urgent Care experience I've ever had and will be returning if the need arises.

By far the BEST urgent care I have ever been to. The staff is very polite, the facility is Super clean, plus there was NO WAIT!!! Iu2019ve been to several urgent cares on the Westbank and have waited for hours before. Donu2019t waste you time going anywhere else, trust me.
