This is hands-down the most unprofessional, incompetent medical office Iu2019ve ever dealt with.Things started off fine u2014 my first two appointments were okay. But after my third appointment, I was prescribed medication and without my consent or knowledge, they enrolled me in a monthly phone call u201cserviceu201d and started charging me for it. I NEVER signed up for this, was NEVER told it existed, and only found out because I saw charges on my account. That is completely unethical.Then, when I called a full week ahead of time to reschedule an appointment, I was told Iu2019d be charged for canceling u2014 even though it was a full weeku2019s notice. When I asked to see the paperwork that explained this u201cpolicy,u201d I was told a manager would have to call me. FOUR days later, the manager finally calls, apologizes, and says theyu2019ll refund me. That refund never happened. I had to go through the dispute process myself just to get my own money back.This week? I tried to request my medical records. I called the office u2014 no answer. Left a voicemail. Waited 7 days u2014 no response. Called again, still no answer. I finally reached someone named Angelo (who was the only helpful person Iu2019ve talked to there), and he told me to use the patient portal or come in person. The portal showed one single visit and no lab results u2014 even though Iu2019ve been there multiple times and paid for those visits. When I spoke with the manager again, she claimed I only had one visit on record. I told her I have proof on my credit card statements. Only then did she tell me to come in person and gave me a new address u2014 which turned out to be completely wrong. They were still at the old location.So now Iu2019m here, in person, after driving to the wrong address first u2014 and Iu2019m told by the MA I didnu2019t even need to come in because I couldu2019ve signed the form online and that they donu2019t do paper. (Iu2019d like to add the MA that talked to us was very professional and apologetic) Although they only go through records electronically. This same manager, Jamie, also said Iu2019d be given paper copies of my records in person. Still havenu2019t received a single thing.This place is a joke. No one communicates, no one knows what theyu2019re doing, and worst of all u2014 they donu2019t seem to care. If you value your time, your money, or your sanity, STAY FAR AWAY from this office. They donu2019t deserve to call themselves a medical provider.

All the positive things I could say would be about Lyn, the facility's on-site nurse. She was handling everything she could even though there were no other staff present.My appointment is perhaps not reflective of this practice as a whole, but most everything about it had me feeling expressly low priority. My scheduled doctor did not show up in person, but rang in via Microsoft Teams an hour after the appointment was scheduled. The internet was shotty and I couldn't really hear what the doctor was saying. After already waiting for a long time and not having the doctor in person, I was wondering why I scheduled an appointment here at all. I hope that other patients experience patient-centered care as their website discusses.One star for the doctor attempting to call in. One star for Lyn holding it down. Not their best day.

I went to this clinic for the flu. I was warlmy welcomed by the front desk receptionist when I walked in. The process of signing in to seeing the provider was seamless. I spent no more than an hour there, I was in and out. The provider saw me expeditiously and provided great care. While waiting, the owner jay came out to make sure the waiting patients were comfortable. This means a lot when you're in a medical setting. I would definitely recommend beyond wellness for many healthcare needs. Go check them out

Doctors office called me the morning of 40 minutes before my appointment at 11:30am. They notified me that there was not any available appointments even though I made and confirmed an appointment 3 days ago. This was beyond unprofessional and disrespectful of time that could have been used elsewhere. Then I got a notification saying the doctors office said u201cI missed the appointmentu201d. No you called and cancelled. Would not recommend this office.

The service is amazing, and everyone was just so welcoming and they just had a great vibe when I walked in. It was like they were throwing me a surprise birthday party. Hands down the best experience! I would most definitely bring my kids here...if I had any! lol
