As most people I am only giving 1 star because there is no other choice. I had a potential flu exposure yesterday and I woke up this morning with a sore throat and cough. I only went to faster care because that's what my insurance covers. I told the woman taking my vitals that I had potentially been exposed to flu and that I was there because I wanted to get tested so that if I test it positive I could get a prescription for tamiflu in the 48-hour window that's necessary for effective treatment. She immediately responded that I don't want tamiflu and that the medicine is worse than the cold. It's very disappointing to seek medical treatment and realize that the people treating you don't trust medicine. I was tested for the flu as well as strep throat and they informed me that one of the test takes 10 minutes in the other one takes 15 for results. It was 6:15 when they took the test at 7:00 p.m. I walked out of the room and asked if we were done. All of the exam room doors except for mine were open demonstrating that I was the only patient at that time. They said the tests were negative but based on their interactions I don't know that I can trust that. I do not recommend this faster care and I myself will go to Cranberry the next time I need treatment. Most likely tomorrow to be tested again.

(the 1 star is for the staff, minus the doctor) Terrible place, I won't waste my time or money going there again, I wouldn't take my dog there. Dr. Yap is a terrible excuse for a doctor, went there today because I've been very sick for 5 days chilling, aching, running a fever, sore throat, terrible headache, ears are popping, and extreme thick yellow phlegm, and nausea, and she told me I was having an asthma attack, and to use the inhaler, she said I'd be fine ud83dude44 sounds more to me like a sinus, ear infection, I've had asthma all my life and it has never caused all that. Take my advice and either go to your PCP or or Med Express down the road. *Update I went to my PCP the next morning because I felt like I was at deaths door, and I have a bad sinus infection and pneumonia, Dr.Yap should not be a medical doctor.

The one star is for the team, the receptionist and the LPNs were great. But I have never seen or given or received such a poor physical exam. I walked in believing I may have had an ear infection or a sinus infection dealing with pain and congestion after a Covid and strep throat diagnosis weeks ago. Dr Yap took less than a second to look in my ears pretended to listen to my lungs and did what I call a drive by throat exam. Dr Yap asked me if I had allergies I told her no, but she obviously didnu2019t believe me because she prescribed me nothing and told me to treat the symptoms with allergy medication. I hope she truly never comes upon a pt with an infection because she will misdiagnose and they will end up with sepsis.

Arrived there with one of my children at 8:20 knowing they closed at nine. They didnu2019t call him for triage until almost 8:45 and then told us to go to the ER because they closed in fifteen minutes. Poor kid had a fever and sore throat and because they wanted to go home, refused to treat him. On top of the fact that their staff was so completely disrespectful. Absolutely refuse to go there in the future and I suggest everyone else do the same.

Left after waiting almost an hour just to get a strep throat swab. They were doing drug testing and had apparently messed up the paperwork. Why do they do drug testing at an urgent care when tired parents are waiting with sick kids?
