One Star - Very Disappointing ExperiencennI had a terrible experience at this hospital. The staff seemed disorganized and indifferent to patient needs. I waited for hours before being seen, despite being in obvious discomfort. When I finally saw a doctor, the consultation felt rushed and superficial. No clear diagnosis was given, and I was sent home with little explanation or guidance.nnThe facilities were not clean, and basic hygiene protocols didnu2019t seem to be followed. Communication was poor throughout, and I left feeling worse than when I arrived. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone who values proper care and respect.

I'm disabled mentally and physically, I went on into BI Milton late April 2025 for shortness of breac pain. Been going to their specialty clinics and other since 2023 with ample records medical records held directly at that organization. Initially, by initial I mean the the first 48+ hours,nI was denied water and food for two days so they could take Cat scans. Then after, still no food or water, I was transferred to their main hospital unable to gather ANY belongings from my vehicle 10meters form the ambulancen.nnThen transferred to their main facility for two days to be told I'm being monitored for alcohol withdrawal, of which I have no history and hadn't been ever admitted to a program or treatment

Every time I come here itu2019s more of the same. Rude staff and incompetent healthcare professionals. My latest visit was for a mammogram. Trying to get the images sent to my PCP involved being lied to, yelled at, and hung up on. The images were never assessed properly, never compared to the previous images, and the reports were incorrect.nnNot only was it a crappy experience but they missed a very obvious mass in the images. Luckily itu2019s a cyst and not cancer. Patient services were no help. They called me back a week later and did absolutely nothing.nnItu2019s going to have to be an emergency to get me to go back to this place again.

Where should I beginu2026 my daughter went in the ER with very concerning symptoms. She was there about 4 hrs and watched people arrive, get treated and discharged. One lady even had the same symptoms as my daughter and came in 3 hrs after her and immediately tests were ordered for this lady. The nursing staff are rude and not very compassionate or accommodating. We shouldu2019ve read the reviews before wasting our time in this hospital. Oh and there was a useless Milton Police officer taking a nice snooze while on the clock.

I am a nurse so I understand how busy it can get in the hospital u2014 waited roughly 5 hours to be brought into an exam room where I am currently sitting/waiting to be seen (going on 3 hours now). I went to seek out my nurse as the staff member who brought me in stated iu2019d see her first, then the doctor. My assigned nurse did not even introduce herself to me in the first hour/hour and a half, even though she walked back and forth multiple times. Itu2019s like pulling teeth asking for things from staff. Truly awful.
