Last Sunday I walked into this Urgent Care not knowing why I was feeling so ill. What should have been a weeklong skiing vacation turned out to be a week indoors suffering from strep throat a severe ear infection and pink eye. My luck!nnI had no idea which urgent care to go to in Big Bear, but Iu2019m so grateful I chose this one!nnFrom the moment I walked in, the front desk receptionist, Wendy, was kind and polite and attended to me right away. I was called in right away and everyone that treated me were kind, professional and really took a very personal interest in helping me recover. They went the extra mile to examine me and prescribe the necessary treatments to treat my situation.nI was very impressed with the Medical Assistant Mary as well as the PA John Nunn! There were all excellent.nThe medical staff I met are unequivocally the very best hands down!!!nnAnd by the way, Iu2019ve recovered 90% thanks to them!!!nnKeep up the good work!!!

Im in the area on a mens hiking event. I was evacuating an injured hiker and stepped on a rock. I dislocated my toe and went there for care. The staff was amazing. Olivia the PA wa so personable and friendly. She ordered xrays and found an area that concerned her. Got a boot. I'd go here again if I was in the area.

Theyu2019re always SO kind, informative and Iu2019m always in and out. We had a little one earlier in the year and had a down fall on our insurance shortly after which resulted in no insurance until open enrollment. This lead to a lot of urgent care trips for all the fun infant colds, first fevers, etc. I felt so taken care of every time I came in! I am so so thankful to have such a wonderful urgent care in our little town!

I never knew I would feel compelled to rate and review and urgent care facility, but this experience was so smooth and future potential patients should know what they can expect coming here! My kiddo got a fish hook embedded in their toe, it was a deep one and wasn't something we were going to be able to take care of with the tools available in our rental. Everyone in the office was so compassionate and empathetic and treated my child with respect. They had us in and out of there in a flash and back to enjoying our vacation!

Dr. Olivia and Assistant Marissa and all the support team members at the front desk are to be commended and highly recommended by this patient who face planted big time mtn biking and needed road rash repair and stitches to both upper and lower lips, and making them even more kissable-worthy than before the fall. This team of professionals took me in and offered the most conscientious and excellent surgery services possible. My heartfelt thanks goes out to them all for being so attentive and supportive.
