Absolutely horrible. My son has been here many times with the same insurance.. the people at the front desk constantly everytime ask if he has insurance which me and my partner provide every visit. They have everything on file but yet my partner ALWAYS has to stress when we get a 1000$ plus bill because the incompetent people behind the desk cant simply enter his insurance. Utterly ridiculous. Go to a vet instead of this place jesus christ.

Every appt at Penn State Health they scan my insurance cards, Medicare (primary) and Highmark (secondary) yet they continuously bill my secondary insurance first, which is rejected. Donu2019t they know Medicare can be the primary insurance coverage when you are 65 years old? I tell them at every appt. And I watch them scan my cards. I had to call billing three times and each time itu2019s some excuse with an apology. Billing claims are continuously rejected by Highmark and then Penn State Health has to resubmit claims to Medicare. What donu2019t they get? Billing told me there is no guarantee this wonu2019t happen again. Itu2019s total incompetence. It happened again at the Fishburn location. Prior to that at the Bone and Joint institute.

Please donu2019t come here if you have a chronic illness and donu2019t know why you will be made to think itu2019s all in your head and when you try to get help somewhere else referrals will be denied forcing you to pay out of pocket for out of network care. Even with positive results from a reputable lab that specializes in infectious diseases testing, they will deny antibodies being detected for pathogens you have clear symptoms for if their tests donu2019t catch it. Absolute nightmare dealing with this place, please if youu2019re sick and you know it donu2019t let them gaslight you with mental illness claims go seek care elsewhere. Believe the ratings they are that low for a reason.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went through this office for 2 pregnancies and have had my daughters seen there various times since birth. I rarely see the same doctor more than 1X and they donu2019t know anything about me. Most visits feel like a waste of time and money. Itu2019s very difficult to get an appointment set up in the first place often waiting on hold for up to 30+ minutes. 0/10 do not recommend.

I had the most absolute best visit that I've had in a very long time. Robin at the front desk couldn't have been any nicer. We had the best chat as I was leaving, but from the start she gave a huge smile and seemed to actually love her job, which sadly is rare.Dr. Rabago is the doctor I've been looking for, for a very long time too. He did something that spoke volumes, he put the laptop aside, he used a pen & paper to take notes and actually LISTENED to what I had to say. At no time did I feel rushed or ignored, and I cannot express how important this overall experience was to me. Unfortunately, my experiences with doctors have resulted in me leaving in tears because I felt ignored with feelings of it's all in my head. And because of this, it takes a lot for me to call for an appointment regardless of how I'm feeling. This was one of those times where I really hesitated to call to see a new doctor, but I was in pain and didn't want to wait for my local doctor to have availability. I won't say he necessarily agreed with my thoughts, but I think I can't tell if he agreed or not because he spoke so nicely lolol. And, I will say - he did have a need to be stern with me (I'm a little stubborn), but he kind of gave me a dad-stern talk (even though we are probably around the same age) and it was one sentence only - and it resonated.I am sooooo glad I made that call! I very much think I'll drive to the Hershey location (I'm in Mechanicsburg) so I can continue seeing him.I don't understand the negative reviews on here as I truly had the best experience. Maybe they turned over staff? I don't know but I do very much recommend the individuals named in this review, hands down.
