Urgent Care Well done ! Had received an injury within a previous 2 hour period of time enroute to visit this magnificent area . I was promptly & courteously seen by very polite & helpful staff . Given very good medical first aid , and clear follow - up care instructions were made available to me . What an awesome experience for me , calmed my concerns . I woke up in that morning still feeling very ill and had pain and pressure in my ear. I easily made the appointment through my solve app and was even able to change the time of it to an earlier time. It was very convenient. The staff was very friendly, attentive, gentle when needing to swab for tests and easy to work with and talk to. They also actually listened to my concerns. The Dr gave me a couple options and considered my input allowing me to choose which way to go for treatment. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

I went in on a Sunday with no appointment. I was greeted by the receptionist who quickly went through the check in process. Even with no appointment, I was still seen quickly. The nurse and the PA Chris did a remarkable job with getting a complete prior history (which is important when youu2019re in remission from breast cancer). The exam was thorough and they consulted me about my options throughout the process. The entire team was professional, efficient, and thorough from the moment I walked in the door. As I was leaving each one told me goodbye and they hope I feel better soon.
