Made an appointment, was nervous because the order was very large from my Dr and in my experience people have always had issues drawing my blood. It's always a long drawn out process. Needless to say I arrived to my appt, was greeted immediately and assisted within minutes. The gentleman who drew my blood was kind and it took him less than 5 seconds to find the vein, insert the needle and I felt nothing! It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end.

Never ever ever answers their phone or calls you back. I needed 1 question answered...so I had to drive allllll the way there, only to see 2 receptionist sitting at the front desk doing nothing. So why can they never answer the phone or call back?nIf they weren't the only place I needed a specific test done, Id never go here
