This place is the worst!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!nIf it wasnt urgent I wouldve nevet went! She will charge you 100$ for no insurance or if your insurance is kaiser which in this case I was and she made me wait for an hour and half just to tell me that the doctor is going to call me ,like mind you she didn't say that before anything about telemedicine. She is not clear about what she say and I asked for my refund and left. Unless you just want to waste your time and have the worst experience , DO NOT GO!!

The doctor was great at first got me taken care of immediately but days later when it was time for another prescription she didnu2019t prescribe it even though she said she would and had me calling the cvs for days then when I called her office again they are refusing to answer
