Set up appointment with Dr Kei. I was very impressed. Staff reviewed my forms. He then gave me full exam. He also checked my lung capacity by having me blow into a measuring device. I have same device home. He set up drug interaction profile on his system.He even called pharmacy to verify my last scripts as Months later had same symptoms. He offered me advice in using a peppermint extract to open up my sinuses. He spent a lot of time, explained what he was doing. The facility is new, clean, well maintained. THE VERY BEST URGENT CARE facility, I Or my wife has every used. highly recommended. This experience was with the DR, not with other treatment options. I waited to schedule with him.

On 5-5-18, I brought my mother in for a simple procedure but before going I called and the receptionist was very polite and welcoming, which to me was a pleasant surprise because most medical offices the people up front donu2019t ever smile or offer pleasantries. From there it was such a pleasant experience from the nurse to Dr. Kei. We were in and out. It was so nice to know that thereu2019s an alternative because I usually have to go out of town which isnu2019t always possible when youu2019re sick and need emergency care. An addition to quality service, the office and medical rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean. Thank you for taking care of my mother with so much patience and kindness. All in one visit!!! No prescription necessary like most places just write a script and send you on you way and you donu2019t know whatu2019s wrong nor do you feel better. However, Bloomfield Urgent Care is a place you can count on and donu2019t mind going back to in case of an emergency or medical care.

Personable staff and understanding and knowledgeable doctor. First time I have had a doctor actually tell me that he was checking to be sure that what he was prescribing would not have any interactions with the other meds that I take - potential life saver. Facility was clean with current high tech equipment, but most impressive was the doctor's care and knowledge.

Was seen here, and my condition worsened so I came back the next day. The male tech was disrespectful and coldly told me to go somewhere else. Sure, if my care requires higher care fine. Isnu2019t it proper to give a referral? He just told me to get the hell out. The physician I saw initially was Dr. Moldovan and she was great. Itu2019s a shame such unprofessional and uncaring subordinates rudely and coldly abandon patients in pain. Still donu2019t know where to go to get help but donu2019t worry, I will never come back here. P.S. if you hate your job and yourself enough to treat patients this way, you should get in another field.

I visited Bloomfield Urgent care 3 times over the past week, and each time I was met with kindness, patience, and superb medical care. On Thursday May 3rd, I was bit pretty badly by a cat at a shelter I volunteer at. I arrived at Bloomfield Urgent Care shortly before they were set to close at 8pm, but I never felt rushed. Dr. Kei and his staff were professional and most of all gentle. Dr. Kei dressed my wounds, prescribed antibiotics, and told me that if my wounds were still swollen by Saturday (the 5th) to come back in. I ended up coming back on Saturday, since my wounds weren't any better, and Dr. Kei told me it was a good thing that I did. He had to lance 3 of the puncture wounds and he put a drain in one of them. I was very nervous about the procedure, but Dr. Kei and his staff made sure to make me as comfortable as possible. I went back yesterday, on the 6th, to have the drain removed. Each time I was there, Dr. Kei made me feel like I was in great hands. The facility is top notch and very clean, as well! I would recommend this urgent care to anyone who is in need to medical care- urgent or not!nnThank you to Dr. Kei and the rest of the amazing staff!
