So I rush to urgent care after work and make it by 6:02 and they're open til 7:00. Last I knew they took last walk in at 6:45. There were 2 people in the waiting room and 1 in a room. The urgent care is for minor issues I thought. Colds, flu, in & out, etc... Nothing major. So I wait in the parking lot to see if I could have been seen. Yep sure could have by 6:45 after watching the others come out. Could be worse, rant over. Oh yeah 2nd time this has happened.

I went in today at 12:30pm 6/20/22 CNP Pamela Goins was so wonderful! It was so refreshing to feel genuinely cared for. The LPN and the receptionest too were so kind also.nnI keep going back to this location. I have never had a bad experience here.

Pam Goines, Wendy Williams, and the entire staff were very friendly, helpful, and Iu2019ve had no problems getting in to this clinic. Itu2019s so nice to have a local urgent care with such a caring staff!

Receptionist was rude!! Got sent over there by my doctor because he said they could get us in sooner. Went straight over. Door says they close at 5pm website says 5:30pm we got there at 4:40 and we were too lateu2026 nobody in the waiting room either but they said they were closed and couldnu2019t see my sick son.
