I took my daughter there for a routine checkup. Other than the very nice, friendly front desk person, it was a very negative experience. The staff were condescending and unprofessional towards her. The provider didn't even address her medical questions. I tried calling to speak to the office manager. I was put on hold for about 20 minutes, told she was unavailable, and never received a call back.

Iu2019ve been going to this office for a few years now and have had nothing but problems getting my prescriptions called into on time every month. Iu2019ve recently decided to find a new doctor because of this. I wouldnu2019t take a gold fish to this office.

The health team at the Col Heights office of HMG is very professional and helpful. I have confidence in their knowledge and skill. All are pleasant to work with and very personable. I would like to see the wait time reduced when possible. The last visit I waited an hour before I could see Dr Jones. That is the primary reason that I try to get an early appointment for each visit.

I've been a patient of HMG Colonial Heights ofc since 1987.nEmployees at every level have come and come over the years, but they have always been friendly, caring and very competent. I have never had a negative experience with anyone in this office and have always received good care.

I LOVE my HMG Primary Care in Colonial Heights!! They always take good care of people. They take their time with you, don't rush you through and are genuinely concerned about you. I still miss Myra, but Dr. Jones is the best. Would recommend this group to anyone.
