Still receiving a bill from an appt in 2023! I have stopped in several times since for the front desk person to tell me I have no balance! Care was sub par and office was not the cleanest! I would not recommend this place to anyone. Billing obviously is not kept updated! Save your time and aggravation and go somewhere else!

My daughter was sick and I was able to find available times at Blue Crescent Urgent Care at the day and time that was reasonable. So we made an appointment online and were confirmed. On the day of our appointment, we were checked in quickly by a friendly receptionist. From the time we were checked in to the time we were seen and left the clinic, it was 30 minutes in total. That was the fastest urgent care visit I have ever seen. The service was very good, the doctor was knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic.

We needed to have a sports physical completed in order to allow my daughter to register to tryout for a local High School volleyball program. Blue Crescent Urgent Care was open on a Sunday morning and were willing to see my daughter on an expediated basis.nnWe arrived in time and were welcomed into a bright and clean lobby. The check-in process was swift, the receptionist extremely helpful with a big smile and the nurses and while it was the end of their work day, they treated my daughter as if she were their only patient. Kind, thorough and professional - we were thrilled with the service.nnIt's a blessing to have a neighborhood facility that is open daily and so openly caters to last minute needs of those requiring their services. This experience was first rate. I highly recommend them for exemplary care!

got a $200 bill for being seen for 5 min after waiting an hour, had my throat swabbed but never tested and my concerns about antibiotics which are demonstrably true were dismissed as not founded. Clinic opened 20 min late, check in was disorganized. Overall not a good experience.

I cannot recommend Blue Crescent Urgent Care strongly enough!nWe were visiting from out of town when we had to take our 3-year-old daughter to urgent care. After attempting to be seen at 2 other urgent care centers, we stumbled across Blue Crescent. Every single individual that we encountered during our visit from the front desk to the intake nurse to the physician, showed us kindness and compassion and were exceptionally efficient, which is essential when you're working with toddlers.nThe facility is comfortable and quiet which provides a calming effect and the staff contrubutes to that with their competent and caring manner.nIf I ever need to be seen at an urgent care during a future visit Blue Crescent is the place I will go.
