I was in this past Sunday and Iu2019m still shocked at the poor care my daughter and I received. We were immediately nose swabbed but Iu2019m still not even sure what they tested me for. No temperature taken, no blood pressure or oxygen level checked. I pretty much had to ask the doctor to listen to our lungs and then she prescribed a steroid for me and told my daughter she would be fine. At the end of the appointment I was told the test in the hallway was negative and by the time I got up to ask what test it was for, the doctor was already in her office.

Ashley was awesome and explained everything thoroughly to us. We were in and out in less than an hour with a diagnosis and prescriptions called in. The best urgent care experience I have had in 15+ years.

10am... and no one here. Office opened at 9.... not the first time either. I know I'm not consistently sick but ur not gonna tell me the 3 times I been here they been late to open and that's not a problem... sad. If I was late or didn't show up for my job. (Especially as important as a medical care professional) id been fired. Do better this is sad
