If you ever need something medically done and your PCP isnt available, this urgent care has you covered. The medical along with administrative staff were all on point and professional. Everything I needed was done. they way they communicated any issues or concerns I had was very comforting. We all know how important it is to have people who communicate and do good by people in need. This place is safe and professional

Twice I have been to this urgent care DO NOT I Repeat DO NOT get me wrong everyone is very nice but the care is not good. I went to this urgent care for throat pain this one nurse practitioner said there is nothing wrong and offered me no solution. Turns out when I went to an Ear nose and throat specialist I found out that I had a really bad throat infection. Another time for a car accident Doctor told me when I had been rear ended that my shoulder pain and back pain was just muscle pain prescribed muscle relaxers and icy hot which is fine. Went to pain management for actual scans MRI and X-rays turns out I have a small left shoulder tear and upper and lower small bulging disk. For 45 dollar copay I expect not to be dismissed. Pain is real for a lot of patients and a full body assessment is not good enough when there is such a complaint. Full work needs to be done just because something is not seen with a naked eye does not mean that it does not exist and for medical professionals they should know this because I am one.

I needed urgent care and on my way to arrive here I stopped at four other places and each one told me that there was at least an hour wait time.nWhen I got here I checked in on the computer and they brought me right in. I don't know why I wasted time going to other places instead of coming directly here. The people that work here are extremely professional and courteous.nAnd I'm not going to forget to mention Kenny, Ashli & Stephanie are great at what they do.
