I am impressed with the high quality care from every area and scope practice. Everyone was so kind, attentive, caring, very knowledgeable and ethical. Iu2019m in love with this hospital and the great people that work there. Broken wrist down for my amazing Dr. Grondel and his crew!! My Lord Jesus Christ bless his hands, mind, and soul. May the Lord keep using him greatly, best Dr. no doubt. Thank you all with all my humble little heart.

I have been going to this doctors office for a while now and all the doctors seem great and so do the nurses but when you call the line and get sent to the switchboard so that you can be transferred to a doctor, they are really mean. I was trying to call to seek medical advice but my doctor that I normally see wasnu2019t in the office so I told her what I was needing and that I wasnu2019t sure who to be transferred to and she got all huffy and said u201cwell this is the switchboard so what do you want? A doctor or what?u201d And she just seemed like I was bothering her because I didnu2019t know where to get transferred.

I had to get a Mammogram to see if breast cancer was the cause for some issues I was having. I went very scared and tense. The Mammography tech Teresa was extremely nice and professional. She helped keep me calm in a scary situation. The radiologist Dr. Madsen took the time and went out of his way to personally verify things and make sure I had correct information. Highly recommend their care made a stressful situation not so bad.

The ladies who were working on May 27th that did my iv in the CT scan department need to take classes again. All of them.nnI have the biggest freaking bruise on my arm. I look like I shoot drugs in my arm.nI put the bruise up on social media because itu2019s so bad.nThe ladies put the needle in my arm and turn my arm around and move my arm constantly until they found a vein. I got 3 needles poked in my arm because they couldnu2019t get the job done properly.nnI told them that I have tiny veins and they are hard to find. Before hand and during.n3 ladies worked on my arm. 2 out of the 3 women put needles in my arm.

The last Dr was very rude. The pharmacy closed while we were waiting, so we asked for the prescriptions to be transferred. He spoke very rudely about us in the hallway, saying everyone just wants to change things and heu2019s sick of it etc. We could hear every word and he didnu2019t transfer the prescriptions. We tried to get Walmart to transfer them, but they couldnu2019t transfer the pain medication, they did transfer the antibiotics and cancelled the other. My husband worked the next day and I couldnu2019t drive, so I had to wait until 4 the next day to even get them and then neither pharmacy had them. We had to call the ER to have them help sort it out and that took even longer. Also, it seemed like nobody knew the whole reason I was there. One person came in to try to clean my head wound and grabbed my legs to swing them over, when my main complaint was my lower back, hips and tail bone. It seemed very disconnected the whole visit and Dr Timmons was very unprofessional. I also smacked my head and they never not once looked at my eyes. I also had other contusions all over me and while I understand they were focused on the big things, in past ER experiences theyu2019d clean those up while cleaning up my head. Instead I had to scrub them when I got home after they were already all scabbed etc. they never even looked at them. Dr Shannon was nice enough.
